ndajee Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Acceptance

By using the ndajee website and platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

This document forms a legally binding agreement between ndajee and its members. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you become bound by these terms.

ndajee reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. Revised terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the ndajee platform:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid personal identification and contact information must be provided.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• ndajee employees or their immediate family members may not open an account.

3. Account Security and Verification

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ndajee reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time when necessary. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• Proof of current address.

If the verification process is not completed, withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended.

3.2 Account Security

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, contact our live chat support immediately. ndajee will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited to the ndajee platform via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Account details provided at the time of deposit must be accurate.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful transaction, it generally takes a few minutes for the balance to be credited to the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from an account is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If identity verification is not completed, large withdrawals may be delayed.
• ndajee reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ndajee offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time period after the bonus is activated.
• An account is eligible for only one welcome bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Generally applicable conditions are:

• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable.
• ndajee reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• In case of a terms violation, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All members must follow the rules below while playing on the ndajee platform:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits set for each game apply.
• Abnormal results caused by technical errors or server disconnections may be declared void.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are regularly tested to ensure fairness.
• Playing games using dishonest methods or automated software tools is strictly prohibited.
• Betting history and outcome records are stored on ndajee's servers and are considered final.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on all sports events including cricket, football, boxing, and Muay Thai:

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable rules.
• Payouts will be processed only after official results are published.
• If match-fixing is suspected in BPL, IPL, T20, or other tournaments, ndajee may suspend the relevant bets.

7. VIP and Rewards Program

ndajee's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback amounts are credited to the member's account every Monday. Detailed criteria for VIP tier advancement can be viewed from the account dashboard. ndajee reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ndajee platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinating multiple accounts with the intention of abusing the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other members or ndajee staff.
• Using funds obtained through theft or fraud.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ndajee may suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Request from a law enforcement agency.

Members may also voluntarily close their own account at any time via live chat. In the case of voluntary closure, the balance will be returned subject to applicable conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

ndajee takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted and reliable service. However, ndajee bears no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with a member's device.
• Transaction delays caused by errors from third-party payment providers.
• Service interruptions during necessary technical maintenance.
• Suspension or restriction of service due to law or government directive.
• Loss resulting from a member's negligence with their account password and credentials.

ndajee's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual amount deposited by the member in the relevant transaction.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
